Spencer is an 11 month old Rot-A-Bull mix. He's currently going through Heartworm treatments and is available for foster to adopt. He's good with dogs his size or larger but a bit too high energy for smaller dogs and isn't good with cats. He is great with people and kids. Spencer needs a home where he will get plenty of exercise and activity. He's a young boy and has a whole wide world he's ready to explore with a family.
